Renew & Cancel Subscription

Renew Subscription

All application licenses are for a perioud of 1 year. Renewal notices will be sent to your My eNsight inbox so please be sure to check in frequently to access your renewal notifications.

Renewal Steps:

1. Sign In to My eNsight.
2. Go to Subscription History and click on Renew for the subscription that you want to renew.
3. From the Subscription Information page simply click the Renew Subscription button.
4. After you finish checking out your subscription, sign in to My eNsight and click on Build found in your Subscriptions box. Select the application that you built during your evaluation and select Build. If there are no changes to your application, click on Continue on all of the application setting pages, Generate, Download, and Re-install.

Cancel Subscription

Please follow the steps below if you would like to cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Steps:

1. Sign In to My eNsight.
2. Go to Subscription History and click on Cancel for the subscription that you want to cancel.
3. Click on Cancel Subscription from the details page.
4. Your subscription has been successfully cancelled once you are taken to the Thank You page.

* Please note that we will not refund any subscription fees that you paid in the past even if you still have unused application credits at the time you cancel. In addition, you can still use the applications that you built until the license expires, but will not be able to create new, or modify existing applications.
