We are happy to provide free online support for those customers who have subscribed to bizWizards or those who have a membership account in My eNsight.

*We have posted many FAQs that we have received in our online FAQ. In many cases you will be able to find a quick resolution to any question or issue you are facing here.

About the Support you will Receive

We accept any questions you might have related to features or how to use our products and services 24 hours a day, which can be submitted through our online support form. Our policy is to answer all support questions to the E-mail address you have registered in My eNsight within 3 business days on a first come first serve basis. We appreciate your understanding that in some unique cases we might not be able to respond within the 3-day rule.

Things we can help you with

We are happy to help you issues or questions you have in the following areas:

  • My eNsight features
  • How to build a Web Application using bizWizards
  • How to download and install any of your applications built with bizWizards
  • Questions regarding bizWizards features
  • How to use bizWizards
  • Any questions that you might have regarding configuration settings for IIS Web Server required to run bizWizards
  • Any issues that that you might encounter if it is running in a supported bizWizards environment
  • Questions related to new features or changes after you upgrade to a newer version of bizWizards
  • Any questions related to workaround solutions or how to resolve any product know bugs

Things we cannot help you with

Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with issues or questions you have in the following areas:

  • Any questions specifically about hardware, monitor, or network devices or issues that your application is installed on
  • Any questions specifically about the Operating System or Internet Browser installed in your server or PCs
  • Any questions about an issue with bizWizards when it is installed in an environment that is not supported by eNsight
  • Questions related to network configuration
  • Any issues with other companies products
  • Deciding which field types you should use when building your application

Additionally, there may be times when we are unable to support any of the following areas:

  • Consulting for design of new business systems or integration with legacy business systems
  • Development of new business systems using bizWizards
  • Individual requests to implement features that do not exist in bizWizards

In addition to bizWizards, we are happy to offer development, consulting and customization services to address the above requirements. If you have a need for any assistance in the above areas why not let us help you find the right path to a total solution that that is designed to meet your requirements, in the fastest time possible, anytime, anywhere.

You can expect gradual improvement in this area going forward with more online support features in My eNsight.
