Protection of Personal Information and Security Policy

This Protection of Personal Information and Security Policy ("this policy") establishes the regulations for handling and protection of personal information that eNsight Co., Ltd. ("eNsight") has acquired in conjunction with, and necessary to manage and support products services that we offer.

Scope

This policy applies to all to all personal information that eNsight collects from its customers in order to provide products, services, support, and to all eNsight employees who are required to handle this information.

Regulations

1. eNsight will not use personal information without obtaining consent from the customer to use that information for a specific purpose.
2. eNsight will only acquire and use personal information that has been obtained directly from our customers.
3. All personal information collected from customers must be up to date and readily available for the customer to make changes.
4. eNsight never offers personal information collected from customers to third party vendors or companies.
5. Customers must be able to access their personal information at all times in order to make any changes that they see fit.
6. eNsight is committed to conduct regular personal information protection courses which are mandatory for employees.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

eNsight requests personal information from the customer for the following activities.

1. When creating My eNsight account.
2. When downloading an evaluation version of our products and services.
3. When subscribing to one of our services or products.
4. When applying to attend one of our events or seminars.
5. When applying for membership to our eNsight Partner or Affiliate Programs.
6. When submitting Contact Us, Feedback, Survey and Services Request.

eNsight will use the personal information collected from you in the following areas.

1. In order to support your questions or issues.
2. In order to collect subscription fees when the fee is not paid by the due date.
3. In order to send you notifications related to your subscriptions or web applications.
4. In order to send you notifications on product and services upgrades, newsletters, and special offers.
5. In order to communicate status of sales activities with Partner or Affiliate Program members.

Security

1. When you access our site using Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization.
2. eNsight provides each organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User signs in. eNsight issues a session URI "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. eNsight does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data.
3. eNsight is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

We recognize it is the responsibility of all eNsight employees to observe this policy and that top management and leadership take an active role in education and enforcement of this policy.

We hereby establish this policy and commit to follow the ecnclosed regulations in all areas of our business operations.
