Introducing Online Support & Online FAQ

Tokyo - September 10th, 2006

Dear eNsight Members and Subscribers

We are happy to offer free free Online Support and our new Online FAQ.

We are now able to accept any questions you might have related to features or how to use our products and services 24 hours a day, which can be submitted through our online support form. All Online support will be addressed on a first come first serve basis and answering within 3 business days. In addition, our new Online FAQ allows you to easily & quickly find a resolution to any number of questions or issues you are facing.

These services can be accessed from your My eNsight account. In addition to these new features additional support documents can be found in your My eNsight account for your convenience.
