While most devices are supported out of the box by the current .NET 2.0 configuration files there might be cases where you need to extend compatibility to newer devices that are not in the configuration file yet. If this is the case, Microsoft has made it easy for you to extend support to new devices and mobile browsers in instructions they have published on how you can manually maintain and add new devices that your site needs to support. Please review the applicable documentation at your local Microsoft website.

We are happy to bundle bizWizards.Mobile functionality to bizWizards Enterprise subscribers and give you the freedom to choose which On-Demand web application format suites your needs the best. All you need to do in order to offer mobile services to your customers is make one change in the bizWizards Application Builder, download and install the application and you are ready to go, it's that simple. Of course, if you would like to offer both traditional webforms and mobile applications at separate URLs on your website that is fine too, at no additional cost.

bizWizards.Mobile Application Builder Engine and Controls

The Application Builder is a central online portal site where you will build and define your applications and can be accessed from My eNsight. All code and components used in bizWizards.Mobile components are included in the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Mobile Framework and is suitable for mobile devices defined in the browser configuration file. The current version of bizWizards.Mobile includes only a subset of those controls, which are:

• Text Box
• Radio Button
• Check Box
• Test Area
• Dropdown List
• Image
• Datagrid

Please note that while there are so many new devices being introduced every month that the current version of your .NET 2.0 browser configuration file might not support newer devices. However, Microsoft has published instructions on how you can manually maintain and add new devices that your site needs to support. Please review the applicable documentation at your local Microsoft website.
