bizWizards Key Features

Create New Application Using an Existing Database Table
In many products on the market you must create a new table at the same time you create your new web application. At eNsight we understand the value of your legacy data and that is why we make it simple to create new web applications that connect to existing database tables. Of course, you can always create a new table with your application if you want, we are happy to be able to let you decide which is best for you.
Relationships Between New and Existing Database Tables
With bizWizards you are able to create relationships between multiple database tables that exist on your database server and present that data in a single web application. When you use the relationship feature your new table will be defined as the primary table and all other tables are defined as secondary. All secondary tables are place in separate groups and are view only, while users are free to add or modify data in the primary table. There is no limitation to the number of tables you can form relationships with but we advise you are careful to avoid creating a very long web page which is sometimes difficult for users to use.
Populating Control Lists Either Statically or Dynamically
bizWizards allows you populate control lists either Statically or Dynamically. If you choose to define a control list as static you will be required to enter the static values when you are building your application. Likewise, if you prefer to populate the list dynamically from a predetermined table's field just go ahead and let bizWizards know and it will take care of the rest. We highly suggest that you use dynamic lists where possible in order to keep from re-building your application every time a new value needs to be added to the static list.
Unlimited Enhancements
Anytime that you subscribe to bizWizards Lite, Standard, Enterprise, or Mobile editions you will be able to modify or enhance any of your applications at any time during the licensing period. We understand that when business opportunities knock, or business rules change you need to be able to modify your applications accordingly to support those business needs. In order to help you a save a lot of money and time usually required for these type of enhancements we have added this feature, free of charge.
Bilingual Features
We provided this feature for those customers who require that their applications are available in 2 languages, or those customers wishing to expand their online services to other countries using the same application. This feature allows you to display all web applications that you build in 2 languages. The text displayed in the application labels and tooltips will be displayed exactly as you enter them in the application builder. Users are able to switch between languages while they using your web application if necessary.
Data Export
The Data Export feature allows users to export data from the web application table they are logged into from the Search Results page. If you are concerned about security and prefer to disable this feature you can do so in the Global Administrative Settings section in the bizWizards Application Builder. Another security feature that we offer is that you can select if you want to be notified when data is downloaded via E-mail. This E-mail can be sent to a specific mail account that could serve as an audit log for future reviews who is downloading the data. If you do choose to allow data exports users will be able to download in either csv or xml formats. This feature might be useful if you are interested in replacing a traditional EDI solution with xml document exchange with your business partners.
