Allen Persinger – Founder

Allen Persinger has worked and lived in Japan for 16 years. His knowledge of Japanese business culture, language, and more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, allows him to successfully provide services to businesses in Japan. When he is not busy inventing bizWizard’s next gen features, you can find him reading, discovering new music, supporting the Japan National Soccer team, and traveling.

Prior to founding eNsight, Allen was at Dell Inc., where since 1997 he served in various senior management positions over a 7 year period. As an Asia-Pacific and Japan IT Director, AP-J DR/BCRP, he oversaw program leadership for planning and implementation of processes and systems for all mission critical Manufacturing, Customer Support, Design Center, Sales, and IT business operations across 38 countries. Additional responsibilities included leadership for IT audit, compliance, and Security Service initiatives. During his role as IT Director, Engineering Services, he was responsible for developing and delivering business solutions that were aligned to corporate strategies in support of rapid business growth, and all other aspects of team leadership. Additional roles include Application Services Sr. Manager and Manager for Business Systems Development.

From 1995 to 1997, Allen worked at AMD Inc., where he served Senior Systems Engineer. Before that he served numerous assignments including Assistant IT Manager at Tokushu Kinzoku KK and also IT Manager and Assistant Store Manager at DFS in Guam.

Allen has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, is fluent in Japanese, and has served as a Supply Systems Analyst in Air Training Command of the United States Air Force.
